If a client requires support, how can they get in touch with the team?
Clients can get in touch with the True Potential Investor Support Team by phone, email or via our Live Chat option which can be found on our website. If you require some assistance while navigating through our plan and invest process, we now also have a live video chat option that allows you to speak to one of our team. If you choose to contact us via this option, do be aware that although you can see the team member you’re speaking with, they cannot see you.

What are the most common questions you’re asked by clients?
We’re often asked quite an array of questions however some are more common than others. For example, we often get asked for assistance logging in, telling them how to navigate through True Potential Investor and answering any queries they may have to enable them to make an informed decision on their investments.
What is the most unusual question you’ve been asked?
Most questions we are asked we are able to answer or to put the client in the right direction, however we have had a few questions that have taken us by surprise such as, ‘will the state pension still be here when I retire? If so, will this be directly linked to inflation and exactly how can I plan this into my retirement income using my current earnings?’
Are there any questions you can’t answer? If so, why?
The True Potential Investor support team cannot give any investment or tax advice. This is because True Potential Investor is a direct proposition.
What do you enjoy about your job?
There are many aspects I enjoy, but I’d say the most enjoyable part is dealing with clients on a daily basis, and the satisfaction and gratitude of our clients when we help them resolve any issues they may have encountered.
